The Roast of Eden is a small-batch coffee roaster rooted in sustainability, craftsmanship, and intention. We specialize in micro-roasting beans to order, tailoring each batch to the customer’s preferred flavor profile to ensure unmatched freshness and a truly personal coffee experience. Our values are grounded in ethical sourcing, zero-waste practices, and environmentally responsible operations, from compostable packaging to mindful production methods. Every year, 300 million tons of plastic are produced, with food and beverage packaging making up nearly half of U.S. waste. Coffee connects millions globally, but fair trade ensures farmers are paid ethically for their work.
